How much does therapy cost?
I try to make therapy accessible. The following fee structure reflects that commitment.
Sliding scale for out-of-pocket clients
If you are paying out of pocket, prices can vary depending on income level. Call to understand more.
I accept checks, cash, credit cards, and HSA cards. Payment is due at the end of each session.
Insurance plans I work with
I accept most major insurance plans. It is helpful to determine your copay and deductible before your first session. I can assist with that information if you are not able to obtain it yourself.

Where and how we meet
In-Person Office
My office is located on Washington Avenue Extension in Albany, New York. In-person sessions are available for clients in the Albany area.
Telehealth Sessions
I offer telehealth video sessions for clients across New York and New Jersey. Telehealth is available for all individual, couples, and group sessions.
Credentials and verification
Common questions about pricing and insurance
Individual and couples sessions are $80 to $120 per session. If paying out of pocket, prices vary. Group sessions are $30 – $45.
In New York I accept Beacon, BlueShield of Northeastern New York, CDPHP, Cigna, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, Fidelis, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicare, MVP Health Care, New York State Health Insurance Plan, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare.
In New Jersey I accept Cigna, Beacon, and Horizon/Blue Cross.
Yes. I offer telehealth video sessions for clients across New York and New Jersey, in addition to in-person sessions at my Albany, NY office on Washington Avenue Extension.
